HFH-NYS is supporting:

  1. Assembly Bill A09115 and Senate Bill S5727, The Empire State Housing Investment Fund Act of 2009. The Housing Investment Fund will create a true affordable housing trust fund with a dedicated revenue stream. Such a fund will create a permanent vehicle to provide flexible support for affordable housing for years to come while stimulating economic development across the state.

  2. The maximization of the state’s capital investment in affordable and supportive housing.
