This year long series has been designed to assist affiliates in increasing their capacity, by exploring the following topics:

1. Governance and leadership
2. Creating a successful and practical strategic business plan
3. Techniques to carry out that strategic plan
4. Complete understanding of HFHI program policies
5. Tools for resource development
6. Legal issues facing their affiliate
7. Methods to build community relations
